Questions engineering leaders ask

Where are your engineers, and what hours do they work?

In Latin America, mostly Mexico. They work your business hours, with overlap across US time zones, and join your standups like anyone else on the team.

What if the person isn't a fit?

Tell us before day 5 and the first week isn't billed (once per client). During the first 90 days we send new profiles in 5 business days, and a replacement can start within 15 business days, subject to your interview availability.

How is pricing structured?

One hourly rate per role, the same for full-time or part-time, shared on the first call. Billed monthly in advance, with a 3-month minimum counted after the first week.

Who owns the code and the IP?

You do. Every engineer signs an NDA before starting, and our contract assigns the work product to you.

Can we hire the engineer directly later?

Yes. The conversion fee is 20% of the first-year salary (minimum USD 15,000), or 10% after 12 months.
